10. Attach any supporting documents as indicated, such as the commercial invoice, original pictures (if applicable), final delivery receipt, survey report (if applicable), repair estimates (if applicable), and any other pertinent documentation.
11. Once all fields are completed and documents are attached, review your claim for accuracy. Save changes to your form.
12. Download, print, or share the completed form as needed for your records or submission.
