- Complete your User Registration Profile by setting up your Login Name (email address) and password. Enter your contact information and answer security questions for password recovery.
- Finish the registration process by checking the 'I agree to the Terms of Use' checkbox and clicking the 'Register' button. This action will finalize your registration and take you back to the home page.
- Log in to the services. Use your email address and password to access your account at the login area located in the upper left corner of the home page.
- Select 'eTimeSheet' from the top menu to access the Time Sheet Calendar. Here, you can enter your worked shifts, including the participant’s name, service provided, and shift times.
- To create a new time entry, click on the date and shift starting time. Fill in the details for the shift worked, including selecting the participant and service code.
- After entering the information, click the 'Save' button. The entry will appear in the calendar. If edits are required, click on the entry and modify the information as needed.
- At the end of the work week, submit your time entries for approval by clicking the 'Submit time entries for approval' button and confirming any prompts that appear.
- Employers can log in and review submitted time entries, verifying and approving them by selecting the shifts and clicking the 'Approve time entries' button to complete the process.
