- Next, provide your hockey information. Indicate your current hockey team and the most recent Silver Stick® tournament you participated in.
- Input your educational information. State the name of your current secondary educational institution, your grade level, and anticipated graduation date. List any extracurricular school activities you are involved in.
- Detail your plans for post-secondary education by providing the name of the institution you plan to attend, whether it is a college or university, along with your intended enrollment date.
- Fill in family information, including your father's and mother's names and occupations. Additionally, list the names and ages of any siblings living at home.
- Provide additional information about why you believe you should receive this scholarship, along with your hobbies, interests, and work experience.
- Attach a copy of your most recent grades transcript and include brief letters of recommendation from a school counselor or teacher and your hockey coach, with a maximum of two recommendations.
- Once you have completed the form and attached all required documents, save your changes. Ensure the application is in PDF format as only electronically completed applications will be considered.
- Print your completed application and mail it to the International Silver Stick® Scholarship Committee at the provided address. Remember, applications must be received no later than April 15 of the application year.

International Silver Stick consists of numerous AA and Below "regional" tournaments in Canada and the US whereby the various champions advance to represent their region at the International Finals. Our Finals Tournaments are held in both the US and Canada. For AAA teams, we do not host regional tournaments.
