A person may view an entire case file, including all nonconfidential documents, in person at the office of the clerk of court for the county where the case was heard. If the case file is stored electronically, the contents of the file may be viewed at a public access terminal located within the clerk of courts' office.

How do I change my court date? In order to ask the judge to change your court date you must file the appropriate motion with the Circuit Clerk's office. Our office cannot change your court date for you.

Federal case files are maintained electronically and are available through the internet-based Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) service. PACER allows anyone with an account to search and locate appellate, district, and bankruptcy court case and docket information.
