- Indicate whether you have appeared before a Sergeant promotion board before and, if applicable, specify the latest occasion and attach any feedback.
- Move to Section Two for candidate and line manager assessment. Provide summary examples of your performance in transferable skills such as strategic perspective, innovation, communication, leadership, and others listed. Complete both candidate and line manager assessments.
- In Section Three, the first line manager must validate eligibility criteria, provide a recommendation regarding your suitability for promotion, and confirm the absence of discipline or integrity issues.
- Proceed to Section Four for second line manager assessment. They will offer comments on your current performance and suitability for promotion, along with their own recommendation and declaration.
- Finally, in Section Five, HQ Resourcing must confirm whether eligibility criteria are met and support from line management is provided. Ensure that this section is signed and dated.
- Once all sections are completed, save your changes. You can then download, print, or share the form as needed.
