- In the transferor section, provide the full name(s) of the person or entity transferring the property. If a company is involved, include their registered number.
- In the transferee section, enter the names of the individuals or companies receiving the property. If it is a company, also include their registered number.
- Indicate the intended addresses for service for each transferee. At least one address must be a postal address, and you may provide up to three addresses.
- Select the appropriate box to confirm that the transferor is transferring the property, and state the currency if it is not sterling.
- Choose between full title guarantee, limited title guarantee, or indicate if no guarantee applies based on the circumstances of the transfer.
- If multiple transferees are listed, indicate how they will hold the property, whether as joint tenants or tenants in common.
- Once all fields are completed, ensure the transferor signs the form as a deed and includes a witness, along with all necessary parties if there are multiple transferors.
