How to Become a HUB A business must be at least 51% owned by an Asian Pacific American, Hispanic American, Native American, African American an/or American woman, or a Service-Disabled Veteran. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a Texas Resident. Principal place of business must be located in the State of Texas.
