14. In Section 13, specify the type of work being done, including any relevant charges and totals for plan and inspection fees.
15. Understand the requirements in Section 14, where you will state your name, signature, and the date to confirm submission.
16. Once all sections are filled out, detach the form from the guidance notes and return it with the appropriate fee to the Building Control Services.
