 - Finally, in Section Seven, submit the form based on the user's status. If downgrading or deleting a user, you may fax the form or hand it in at a branch. If the new Administrator/Authoriser is not a signatory, ensure they provide acceptable identification in person.
 - After completing all sections, ensure the form is saved, then download, print, or share it as necessary.
