- Select your shirt size for program events, then review and sign the Statement of Commitment section. Ensure you understand and agree to the commitments outlined therein.

- Download, print, or share your completed application as instructed in the document. Ensure to return the application to Mr. Rolando De León, the Diversity Coordinator.
