- In the 'Särskild postadress upphör' (Special address ceases) section, enter the date when you wish for the current special address to no longer be valid.
- Finalize by signing the document. For minors, a legal guardian must sign the form and provide their name in the 'Namnförtydligande' (Name clarification) field. Additionally, including a daytime contact number and email address can facilitate communication from the authority if needed.
