11. In the 'Finance Department Clearance' section, confirm whether you owe any money to the school and provide comments as necessary.
12. Obtain the Finance Manager's signature to confirm your financial clearance.
13. Provide your mail forwarding address in the designated area if applicable.
14. Finally, sign and date the form to complete the process.
