- In the 'Finance Department Clearance' section, confirm whether you owe any money to the school and provide comments as necessary.
- Obtain the Finance Manager's signature to confirm your financial clearance.
- Provide your mail forwarding address in the designated area if applicable.
- Finally, sign and date the form to complete the process.
