8. Indicate the mode of transportation used for the transfer, selecting from options such as Air, Courier, Taxi, or Other, where you can specify if needed.
9. Complete the receipt information by documenting the date and time of receipt, temperature of products on receipt, and whether the packaging was acceptable.
10. If necessary, provide any additional comments in the designated area. Ensure that all fields are filled out appropriately to comply with hospital policy.
11. Once all information is accurately entered, save your changes, and download or print the form for your records. Ensure a copy is sent with the products.
