PEP may be prescribed for people who are HIV negative or do not know their HIV status, and who in the last 72 hours: May have been exposed to HIV during sex. Shared needles or other equipment (works) to inject drugs. Were sexually assaulted.

You are not eligible for the PEP if you are: An Employment Pass holder under the sponsorship scheme. A freelancer or foreigner who intends to work on a freelance-basis. A sole proprietor, partner or where a director is also a shareholder in an ACRA -registered company.

Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) The PEP is not tied to an employer and it offers a greater flexibility than an Employment Pass. The PEP holder can move to a different employer without the need to apply for a new PEP, as long as it is within the validity period of the current PEP.
