2) Students will take no more than 2 career days per year. This form requests information from a student seeking to participate in a job shadowing experience through their high school. Please complete ALL the information requested for your job shadowing request. At this time Avel eCare only offers in-person job shadowing opportunities. If you know of a specific person or place that you would like to job shadow please list the name, place and if possible, the telephone number below. The participant must complete job shadowing journal for each job shadowing worksite location following the completion of the job shadowing activity.
