- Start by entering the sort code and account holder name(s) for your existing account. Ensure that the details match exactly as they are recorded with your current bank or building society.
- In the fields provided, fill out the account number for Account 1. This is critical to ensure a smooth transition of funds.
- Indicate the name of your bank or building society in the specified field for Account 1.
- You will need to enter the last five digits of your debit card number and complete the card number fields indicated for Card number 1. Repeat this process for Card number 2 if applicable.
- Specify whether there are any Direct Debits and/or standing orders to transfer from this account by selecting 'Yes' or 'No.'
- Repeat steps 3 to 6 for Account 2 if required.
- Provide the date on which you want the transfer of standing orders and Direct Debits to occur. This date must be at least 8 working days from the date the form is submitted.
- Authorize the transfer by reading and understanding the authorization statement. Sign in the designated area, and enter your full name in block capitals along with the date.
- If your existing account is in a different name from your Voyage account, ensure that both names are provided with corresponding signatures.
- Finally, review all information for accuracy before submitting the form. You can then save changes, download, print, or share the completed document as necessary.
