Writing your letter Put the application number and address of the application site at the top of your letter. You must also include your name and address for the objection to be valid. Remember that your comments will be made publicly available. Clearly state your reasons for objection.

Applications for removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission may also be referred to as a section 73 application. An application for Removal or Variation of conditions can be used to change or remove conditions which have been previously imposed.
