- Input the quantity of player tickets you wish to purchase next to 'Player Ticket' and calculate the total cost by multiplying the number of tickets by $4.00.
- Sum the costs of family and player tickets to display the total amount due on the form.
- Choose payment method; indicate if you will provide cash or check payable to Vineyard Little League.
- Ensure all required fields are completed, then review your entries for accuracy.
- Finalize your submission by saving the changes, downloading the form, printing it, or sharing it as needed.
