10. To update valid learner data, click the ‘Edit’ link to access the learner's profile and make necessary updates.
11. After updating, determine the learner's status as promoted or retained by clicking the appropriate button and then save your changes.
12. To add a new learner not found in the LIS Registry, click the ‘+Add Learner’ button to enter their information in the provided fields.
13. After filling out the learner's information, click the Close button to save and exit, or Discard to remove the entry.
