- In Part C – Closing your payroll account, select the payroll account you wish to close by ticking the corresponding box. If your reason for closing aligns with the previous part, you can simply tick that box. Specify the closing date in the required format.
- Proceed to Part D – Closing your corporation income tax account. Again, select the appropriate corporation income tax account by ticking the box. State your reason for closure and provide a closing date similarly formatted.
- In Part E – Certification, you need to confirm that all information is true and accurate. Sign the form, print your name, and date it appropriately.
- Finally, save your changes, download a copy of the completed form, print it for your records, or share it as needed before sending it to your tax centre.
