Hi there, if there is a physical damage to your screen, it can't be replaced under warranty. You break it, you pay it. If you have accidental damage plan, you can get it covered under warranty.

Email – the manufacturer or retailer may have emailed you the invoices and warranties. You can ask the seller or trader if they have a copy of the invoice or can provide you with some paperwork to get you a claim on that warranty.

Cracks, Scratches, or Broken glass The LCD glass on the display is manufactured to rigorous specifications and standards and will not typically crack or break on its own under normal use. In general, cracked, or broken glass is considered accidental damage and is not covered under the standard warranty.

Having a warranty doesn't necessarily mean the manufacturer will fix your product if it breaks. Typically, warranties only cover product defects — not misuse or accidental damage. Some warranties also don't cover what's considered normal wear and tear (though what a manufacturer considers "normal" will vary).

Warranties cover manufacturing defects, not you dropping the device. So, unless you have taken out accidental damage insurance you will have to pay. If you have an accidental damage policy for your phone (or it is covered under another policy such as home insurance) then contact the insurance company.

We replace cracked screens for a fee. Accidental damage isn't covered by the Apple warranty.
