(1)Non-fee-for-service Settlement Conference. The court may require the parties and their attorneys to participate in a non-fee-for-service settlement conference. Committee note: If a settlement conference is required, it should be conducted subsequent to any other court-referred ADR.

Rule 17-201 - Authority to Order ADR (a) Generally. A circuit court may order a party and the party's attorney to participate in ADR but only in ance with the Rules in this Chapter and in Chapter 100 of this Title. (b) Referral Prohibited.
