The Conditional Use Permit process allows decision-makers to impose conditions on a project in order to avoid potential problems. A CUP may be granted at the discretion of the Zoning Administrator, Planning and Design Commission, or City Council and is not the automatic right of any applicant.

Development Concept The current site plan envisions the development of a 153-room Embassy Suites hotel with 17,500 square feet of conference facility space, a 122-room Home2 Suites hotel, and up to 15,500 square feet of restaurant space and 10,450 square feet of retail space provided in four smaller buildings.
