The End-User Undertaking (EUU) form is essential for licencing applications concerning export control. Filling out this form accurately is crucial to ensure compliance and facilitate the export process.

Follow the steps to successfully complete the EUU online.

11. For continuation sheets, include the exporter's reference, ensuring they are signed and dated by the same signatory as the main form.
12. In Section 3, outline the specific purposes for which the goods will be utilized by the end-user.
13. In Section 4, certify as the end-user that you understand and agree to the outlined restrictions and uses of the goods.
14. Sign and date the form in the signature section, providing your name and job title in capital letters beneath your signature.
15. If Section 4 is not applicable, complete Section 5 with the consignee's details and undertakings.
16. After completing all necessary sections, you can save changes, download, print, or share the form.
