- Indicate the target date for energization and provide any additional information regarding the total load requirement. Ensure to specify if there are any changes in metering scheme.
- Complete the mandatory plans and details by attaching the required architectural plans and noting the ownership of the land for the substation.
- In Part III, provide the details of the Licensed Electrical Worker confirming the correctness of the information before signing and dating the section.
- If applicable, provide details for the Qualified Electrical Contractor in Part IV, including their name and licence number.
- Once all sections are completed, review the information for accuracy. Finally, save changes, and if needed, download, print, or share the completed form.
