- Ensure all mandatory fields are filled out correctly before saving the employee data. This will generate a registration number for future reference and modifications.
- For any data modifications, click on the search button, enter the employee's registration number, and make the necessary changes before saving again.
- Once you have completed the data entry, you can choose to print the report using the print option provided in the application or save it for your records.
- Finally, to exit the system, select the logout option to ensure your information is secure.
