- For each bank account, provide the necessary details including the bank name, account type (select one), core banking account number, branch name, address, and city. Make sure to select the right account type (Current, Savings, NRE, FCNR, or NRO).
- Fill in the state and the pin code for each bank account.
- Attach a cancelled cheque or a clear photo copy of a cheque for verification. Ensure that the cheque has your name pre-printed. If not, provide a bank statement or pass book.
- For each account, fill in the MICR code and IFSC code, the latter of which is mandatory if you plan to receive payments via NEFT/RTGS.
- In Section B, select your default bank account to receive future redemption and dividend proceeds. If left blank, the first additional bank account will automatically be designated as the default.
- Review all provided information for accuracy before signing. Each applicant or authorized signatory must provide their signature as required.
- Submit the completed form and await confirmation of registration, which will be sent within ten calendar days if everything is correct.
