9. Attach the required annual membership fee payment information. Ensure that Rs. 750/- is mentioned and state your payment method (cash, money order, or demand draft).
10. Sign the application as the applicant, noting the date of completion.
11. For the personal undertaking section, confirm your understanding of the library's rules and regulations and fill in the necessary details regarding your research area and topic.
12. Complete the referee section by providing information for your research guide and a financial guarantor. Ensure their contact information is accurate and complete.
13. After filling in all required fields, review your application for completeness and accuracy before finalizing.
14. Once satisfied, save your changes, download the form, and either print it for personal submission or share it via mail as specified.
