Students may drop and add courses via web registration through the 5th class day of a fall or spring semester, or through the 4th class day of a summer term. After the open drop/add period, students must obtain approval from their academic dean to drop or add courses.

To drop a course from your schedule, click on the drop down menu beside the course you wish to drop and select Web Drop. 2.) At the bottom, select Submit Changes and the course will be removed from your schedule. You will then be taken back to the schedule with the changes already made.

Once a student has accumulated 6 (six) QI grades, the only grade that may be awarded for a dropped course is a grade of QF (which is an F for GPA purposes), regardless of the student's academic standing in the class.

Those involving grades of W-drop (W), Satisfactory (S), Unsatisfactory (U) and Q-drop (Q) shall be excluded. If either of a student's cumulative GPA or the GPA for courses listed on the degree plan falls below the minimum of 3.00, he or she will be considered to be scholastically deficient.
