To officially declare a Neuroscience minor, contact Dr. Keith Shafritz: keith.shafritz@hofstra.edu. For all other minors, contact the chair of the department to sign a "Change of Study Form."

In order to facilitate orientation and advisement of a student to his or her new major, students must report any change in their major, minor, specialization, concentration, or degree on the official Change of Study Form to the Office of Academic Records.

In-Person Registration However, you may still register in person at the Welcome Desk in Room 206 Memorial Hall, where representatives are ready to assist you.

Prospective students should complete our First-Year Student or Transfer Student Application. All other necessary documentation (including a completed "Financial Verification Form") must be sent to Hofstra University, Office of Undergraduate Admission, 100 Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY 11549.
