- Designate an executor for your estate. This person will handle your estate according to your will after your passing.
- If you have minor children, identify potential guardians in the 'Guardianship' section.
- Provide details for the Power of Attorney, naming your agent and outlining their powers and any limitations.
- Complete the Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will sections by identifying your agents and specifying your medical treatment preferences.
- Finalize any selections regarding anatomical gifts you wish to make upon your passing.
