Admins can cancel their subscription at any time by navigating to Admin -> Billing -> Cancel Subscription. You can keep accessing your account until the end of your subscription period (end of the month or year depending on your subscription type).

Go to Ally.com and log in to online banking with your username and password. Choose “Transfers” and then “Bank Accounts.” Choose “Add an account at another institution.”

Once you log in to online banking, choose Transfers. Select the account you want to transfer money from and the account you want the money transferred to, enter the amount you want to transfer, and set the frequency of recurrence. The only way to change your bank account number is to get a whole new account.

Can I convert my existing Ally Bank account into an account for a Trust? Yes. You can add another account within the online application or by calling us at 1-877-247-2559. You'll only need to provide the name of your Trust, identification number and contact information.
