To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript. You can usually pay the transcript fee online too.

Transcripts from U.S. Colleges/Universities College Ave., Topeka, KS 66621) or official e- transcripts to etranscripts@washburn.edu If a student has attended more than one U.S. college/university, each of these colleges/universities must submit the official transcript to Washburn.

Mail or fax the completed IRS Form 4506-T to the address (or FAX number) provided on page 2 of Form 4506-T. If the 4506-T information is successfully validated, tax filers can expect to receive a paper IRS Verification of Non-filing Letter at the address provided on their request within 5 to 10 days.

Washburn accepts official electronic transcripts at etranscripts@washburn.edu. You may also bring them to the Office of Admissions in Morgan Hall in a sealed envelope from the school. Washburn does not accept faxed transcripts as official.
