- Expect the application processing to take about 24 business hours, although delays may occur based on responses from employers and previous landlords. It may take up to 3 business days in total.
- If co-signers are required, ensure they meet all rental criteria and submit the necessary documentation and application fee.
- After acceptance of the application, promptly pay the security deposit, any applicable pet deposit, and the first month’s rent with cashier's checks or money orders to finalize the rental agreement.
- Finalize your documentation by reviewing your details. After confirming everything is complete, save the changes, and download or print the form for your records.
