The Dean's & President's Lists are ways for students to be recognized for academic achievement within a given semester. The Dean's List is a list of students that received A's and B's for the semester. The President's List is a list of students that received all A's for the semester.

To be eligible for the Dean's List, degree-seeking students must have earned a GPA of at least 3.5 for a minimum of nine semester hours of academic credit taken at Georgia State during the fall or spring term with no incompletes for the semester.

With the GPA scale from 0 to 4, 4 being an A, the dean's list cutoff is typically around 3.5 to 3.7. Top 10 percent of the class in GPA.

The list recognizes full-time Clarke students who have earned a 3.65 grade-point average or above, on a 4.0 scale, with a minimum of 12 graded hours.
