- Next, move to the Sponsor's Information section. The sponsor should complete all fields, including their name and the weekend they attended. Include the sponsor’s contact details and assess their involvement in the 4th Day/Reunion Group.
- Once the application is fully completed, proceed to the Emergency/Medical section if desired; this section is strictly voluntary and can be skipped if preferred.
- Ensure both parts of the application are fully completed, including payment instructions, and mail the application to the designated address. Applications are required two weeks prior to the weekend to be honored.
