- The Licensed Master Plumber should also complete and submit the permit application along with the Aplcation to the Borough Office.
- After installation, the Licensed Master Plumber is responsible for submitting the Itemized Bill for Reimbursement and the Property Owner’s Affidavit of Work Completed within the required timeframe.
- Submit all necessary documents, including the completed permit, to the appropriate agencies as specified. Ensure copies and original documents are correctly assigned as required.
- Contact the DEP Borough Office to schedule an inspection within 45 days after the meter work is completed.
- Once the inspection is conducted and passes, monitor your water/sewer account for the applied credit corresponding to the reimbursement.
- If a refund check is desired, submit the Refund & Transfer of Credit Application to ensure processing.
