Where is the Security Badging office located? If you are coming from the terminal access to our office will be via the South Tunnel. The escalators to the tunnel are located between bag claim areas 2 and 3. Once in the tunnel follow the overhead signs to Security Badging.

We recommend that you arrive 1 1/2 – 2 hours before your scheduled departure, especially during the early morning (5:30 a.m. – 7 a.m.), mid-morning/early afternoon (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.), or early evening (5 p.m. – 7 p.m.) rush periods. This should give you enough time to park, check-in and pass through screening.

Security Badging Office means the Port office responsible for the issuance of Security Badges and keys and for processing items found in the Terminal and on shuttle buses operating to and from Employee Parking Lots.

The Hollywood Burbank Airport Badging Office is responsible for issuing identification badges to all employees with a need to access restricted and public areas of the Airport. Customers include airline employees, tenants, contractors, vendors, consultants, government employees, and Authority employees.
