- Now, fill out the 'Active members' section by detailing the number of active members, dartmouth undergraduate students, and community members who attended the event.
- Address the question, 'Was there anything that did not go as planned?' Provide a brief description of any issues encountered during the event.
- Respond to the question about planning the event again in the future. If applicable, include suggestions on what improvements you would make.
- Lastly, add any additional comments or insights you feel are important for the review.
- In the 'Preparer of Form' section, include your name or the name of the person filling out the form.
