How to use or fill out the CJLEADS online
The CJLEADS User Administration utility allows administrators to manage user accounts and access to the CJLEADS application effectively. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to fill out the necessary forms online to ensure a seamless user experience.
Follow the steps to fill out the CJLEADS form online.
- Click the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the CJLEADS User Administration form and access it for editing.
- Log in using the CJLEADS User Administration tool. Enter your NCID username in the User ID (NCID) field and your password in the Password field. Note that both fields are required, indicated by red asterisks, and then click Log In.
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the User Search screen. Here, select a search criterion from the 'Search By' dropdown menu, which includes options such as User ID, Email, First Name, or Last Name.
- From the 'Search Type' dropdown, choose how you want to search: Contains, Exact Match, Begins With, or Ends With. Enter the relevant information in the 'Search For' field.
- Click the Search button to display the results. You can use the Account Status, Organization, Division, and Section columns to help identify the user accounts.
- To modify a user account, double-click on the desired user from the search results. This action will open the User Detail screen.
- Check the Allow access to CJLEADS checkbox to grant access to the user. After enabling access, choose the appropriate role from the CJLEADS Role dropdown.
- Click the Save button to save your changes. Confirm by clicking Ok in the Saving Information box that appears.
- If a user no longer needs access, uncheck the Allow access to CJLEADS checkbox and then confirm the action by clicking Yes in the Revoke CJLEADS Access prompt.
- To create reports, log into the CJLEADS User Administration utility and navigate to the Reports tab. Select the report type from the left menu, specify the necessary options in the dropdown fields, and click Run to generate the report.
- Lastly, after running the report, check for any pop-up blocker messages, allowing them for this site as needed. The report will be produced in an Excel spreadsheet format, which can be saved as required.
