9. Fill in the required strategic plan codes by referring to the ARIS online handbook. Leave blank for national program codes, and submit this information later.
10. Complete the sections for basic, applied, and developmental research codes, ensuring they total to 100%.
11. Select at least one code in the field of science, research problem area, subject of investigation, and sub-activity classification, making sure that they all total to 100%.
12. If applicable, include codes for special classifications, ensuring compliance with the minimum and maximum percentages as specified.
13. For fund transfers, document any relevant accession numbers and amounts in the corresponding section, and make sure to include comments from the comments tab here.
14. Leave the team members and signatures sections blank, as this information will be filled in by the designated personnel.
15. Once all fields are completed and reviewed, save the changes, and download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
