Fill Garda Vetting Form
The National Vetting Bureau will provide Garda Vetting applicants with the ability to apply online using our eVetting facility. The Form should be completed in ball point pen. Photocopies will not be accepted. You can apply online using eVetting or you can use a paper form. The applicant provides two forms of identification – photo identification and proof of current address. The Form must be completed in full using BLOCK CAPITALS and writing must be clear and legible. The applicants signature must be a wet ink signature. Applicants completed and signed NVB1 Form. Ensure the applicant fully completes and signs the printed NVB1 Vetting Invitation form and NVB1 Under 18s form. The NVB1 form requires your current address and an email address.
