8. Complete the doctoral program information, providing necessary details regarding your PhD research title, registration number, starting and expected completion dates.
9. Fill out the research details, including the synopsis of your PhD thesis, goals for visiting a foreign university, specific work planned abroad, and justification for the selection of the proposed university.
10. If currently employed, ensure to include the attestation from your head of department, affirming your employment status and compliance with research timing.
11. Complete the undertaking section by affirming the truthfulness and completeness of your statements. Date and sign this section as well.
12. Prepare the document checklist and ensure you attach all required documents in the specified order, including acceptance letters, CVs, approvals, and copies of relevant academic documents.
