Current and recent students may access enrollment and degree verification letters by logging into the MSU Student Information System at student.msu.edu. Click on the Academic Records tile and then select Enrollment Verification in the left-hand navigation.

Visit the Registrar's Office with documentation or mail your request. The replacement diploma fee is $50.00 and can be paid for by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

A simple phone call or email to the correct contact person at your school should set the process in motion. Once you've communicated with the main/registrar's office, you can request a copy of your diploma directly. The staff may request that you provide identification or pay a small fee for a copy of your diploma.

Login to your student account by selecting the link, Login to myBanner, in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Note: Your netid and password are required for authentication. The Parchment site will provide instructions for placing your order, including delivery options and fees. MSU transcripts are $9.25 per copy.
