You can cancel your membership one of three ways: 1) Stop in at either branch and fill out the membership cancellation form. 2) Call us at 608-782-9622 and we can process your request over the phone.

A cancellation may be made in person, by postal mail return receipt requested, or email with receipt of confirmation. If the member participates in a membership draft payment plan, the YMCA will continue to draft until the member cancels the membership as provided above.

Completion of our Membership Cancelation Form at least five business days prior to the end of the month is required to cancel your membership. To complete the cancelation form, please visit the Front Desk of any Lincoln YMCA.

If you wish to terminate your membership, please complete a termination form at any YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee location or online. Dues that become due within 15 days of signing this termination form will take place.

In order to terminate or change your membership status you must give the YMCA written notice by the 15th of the month prior to the draft you want to terminate or change. Please complete the change form listed below or fill out the change form at any YMCA of Greater Waukesha County location.
