8. If applicable, fill out the MN POA Form, IRS Form SS-4, IRS Form 2678, IRS Form 8821, and IRS Form 8822-B according to the provided instructions. Make sure that all required fields are filled out accurately.
9. Once you have completed all necessary forms, review them using the checklist provided in the packet. Ensure that you have filled out all required sections.
10. Save the changes, and choose to download, print, or share the completed forms as needed. Finally, submit the forms to Palco through the specified methods.
