- Complete Part C by signing the Guarantee and Indemnity section, ensuring that you understand all obligations regarding payment to TREB.
- Sign the Authorized User Agreement in Part D, affirming your understanding of the services, MLS Database, and Terms and Conditions.
- Fill out Part E, providing your charges and payment information. Select your payment method (e.g., cheque or credit card) and fill in the required information for credit card transactions if applicable.
- Finally, review all provided information, ensure accuracy, and then save, download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
