17. Write the country name where you are currently residing.
18. Provide your date of birth in the DD/MM/YYYY format.
19. Enter your Pakistani or foreign passport number.
20. Indicate the expiration date of your passport.
21. Write the country of issue for your passport.
22. Provide your place of birth, indicating the district if born in Pakistan or the state if born in the USA.
