- If the borrower chooses to send documents to the Home Loan Center, ensure they are uploaded to the DV folder via scanning, emailing, or faxing.
- Prepare for underwriting submission by selecting the Fax Submission option in Loantrac, creating an appropriate coversheet, printing it, and submitting the documents with the coversheet to DV.
- Send the 3-day compliance documents to the borrower from DV, including the fax coversheet.
- Generate 3-day compliance documents and email them to the DV folder.
- For closing documentation, determine if the loan is eligible for e-closing. If so, select the e-close option when pulling closing documents.
- If the loan is not approved, order title work and appraisal, work through conditions, and update the tracking tab in FlagstarProposals.com.
- To complete the online funding request, remember to upload the Closing Protection Letter (CPL) and homeowner’s insurance.
- Finally, save your changes, download a copy, print it, or share the completed form as necessary.
