- For fund transfers within your accounts, click the ‘Transfer Funds’ button, select the 'From' and 'To' accounts, input the amount, and then click ‘Submit’. Confirm the transaction and take note of your reference number.
- If transferring funds to another member's account, select ‘Member to Member’, choose the respective accounts, enter the member's account number, and the transfer amount before submitting.
- To request a bill payment, select the ‘Bill Payment’ option, choose the relevant accounts, and enter both the amount and bill account number. Follow through with the submission and confirm your transaction.
- For a statement request, select ‘Statement Request’, designate the account and specify the date range, then click ‘Submit’ to view your transactions.
- To request a letter, select the ‘Request Letter’ option and choose the type of letter needed, then submit your request.
- For cheque requests, select the ‘Cheque Request’, choose the accounts, enter the amount and details, then proceed to submit and confirm the transaction.
- To check the status of previous transactions, use the ‘Get Status’ option, input the reference number, and submit your inquiry.
- Finally, after completing any operation, you can choose to save changes, download, or print your requests by selecting the ‘Print Page’ option for any respective request.
